Forest Stewardship Council

The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) promotes environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world's forests.  The FSC sets international standards for responsible forest management and accredits independent third party organizations who can certify forest managers and forest product producers to FSC standards.  Look for the FSC product label to ensure the wood products you use support responsible forestry.
