Green houses can be made in many different ways, ranging from elaborate free standing structures with exauhst fans and all the bells and whistles, to a few pieces of plastic in a lean to fashion.  Its reall up to the environment, and budget as to what and how to build it.

If you are looking for fresh veggies and fruits, google csa and go to the first hit.  It is a page on Community Supported Agriculture and has a zip code finder for a csa in your area.

I did this and did a trial 4-weeks with a local csa for $80.  It was WONDERFUL!  My skeptical family even liked it.  I signed up for the next 4 weeks as well, but then that was the end of their season.  They wont start up again until spring.  Some csa's go year round, depends on where you live.
