Title: Re: Least Green Cities in the Northwest Post by: pollyjean on November 20, 2007, 11:02:49 AM Well, as all of these places have too low populations to justify investing in a public transport scheme, aren't able to exploit natural forms of energy, and have sky-high heating due to being under 3 feet of snow 9 months out of the year, I wouldn't look at this as too damning ;)
