Hi , I live in Austin which has a huge 'green' population. I wanted to know what a good price point for rent is for a 'green' apartment? I am thinking about investing in a green community but I don't know if I should buy or rent.

Thanks you

Hello, I live in North Carolina in the Raleigh/Durham area. We are currently in a severe drought and I am interested in gray water implementations. Does anyone here have experience with this issue?
Thanks!
