Pascagoula should be ashamed of itself--home to a federal NOAA lab, charged with researching and protecting our nations air and water resources, and still one of the most environmentally unfriendly places in the whole country!  No wonder it's known as the City of Seven Smells, each more noxious and polluting than the last.

Does anyone know if BestPlaces or another information source has calculated the most/least green states in the United States?
